I can’t say enough about the impact has had on my son. Both from an athletic standpoint but also his impact as an mentor | life coach. My son was fortunate enough to play Basketball at a D1 level. AJ was not only a phenomenal coach and trainer as it persians to the improvements my son made to his body, his speed, his strength, and his agility; but he was a positive influence as my son navigated the pressures of recruiting and being a leader both on and off the floor.
